30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’re not happy with your hair extensions, 3D lashes, or other products, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund (minus shipping), as long as the items meet the return requirements below.
Return Requirements:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Bundles that have been unwrapped, extensions that have been worn, or any items color-processed or altered are final sale and cannot be returned.

We do not refund original shipping charges.
Exchanges:

Want a different style? Send it back and we’ll ship the new style.

If you change length or choose a product with a different price, we’ll charge or refund the difference.
Defective or Wrong Item:

If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos — we’ll make it right. (Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged/wrong items.)
How to Start a Return:

We’ll review and send return instructions & the return shipping address.

Ship the item back in original condition. Returns are inspected on arrival.
